Yuanliu (Jacky) He, Head of US Operations, DMG Investments LLC

Yuanliu (Jacky) He is a growing entrepreneur and has diverse experience in real estate development and investment in the US market. He himself founded DMG Investments LLC, a subsidiary of a leading China based real estate development and investment firm Do Think Group with assets under management in excess of $2 billion. He is the head of company’s US operations.

Georgina Sun, Director of Marketing&Sales, China Overseas America, Inc

Upon graduating from University of Liverpool in United Kingdom with concentrations in MSc Consumer Marketing and holding a degree of BBA Applied Economics, Georgina joined the Marketing and Planning Center in the Head office of China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd in 2012. After two years she jumped into the Business Development Department, focusing on investment analysis in US real estate market. After two years’ working as the Business Development Manager, Georgina transferred right into China Overseas America, Inc. in early 2016 serving as the Director of Marketing and Sales in charge of the Marketing and Planning department.

Richard Liu, CEO, Hongkun USA

Richard Liu is the CEO of Hongkun USA and founder and the CEO of Rich Mark Developers Group. To deliver the products with the best quality and enrich the community with aesthetic, dependability, and livability, Mr. Liu’s hands-on experiences include, but not limited to, the land acquisition, design, construction, sales and the actual day-to- day management. His liaison with the government agencies, boards and officials, local, state, and federal, allows him to be successful in his billion-dollar real estate investments.

Chester Gu, U.S. Education and Value-added Service, Landsea Holdings Corporation

Chester Gu has been Vice President of Landsea Holdings Corporation for more than three years, and has been directly involved in Landsea U.S. since its inception. As the leader of the International Services Team, Chester oversees all the company’s activities with international customers, who are comprised mostly of Landsea home buyers and EB-5 investors. Chester takes charge of the coordination with local resources, assists international customers with their all their property needs, overseas study abroad programs, and investment immigration services.

Prior to joining Landsea, Chester consulted for many U.S. companies and their overseas divisions for than fifteen years.

Yan Zou, Deputy General Manager, Shokai Group

Yan Zou is the head of the U.S. Business of Shokai Group. Mr.Zou holds a doctoral degree in management from Renmin University of China. Before joining Shokai group, Mr.Zou served as the Manager of Coporate Management of Beijing Chengkai Group.



Jennifer Song, Cushman & Wakefield

Jennifer previously worked at Barclays Capital Investment Banking and reported directly to the Chief Financial Officer and Federal Reserve Bank of New York on all the global financial issues within the bank. She also made significant contribution when working at BiGuiYuan Real Estate Development Company in Beijing. Jennifer joined Cushman & Wakefield and work with Steven Rockefeller III, directly engaging with Chinese clients to provide solutions where needed in Commercial real Estate industry. Jennifer came from Beijing, and obtained her MBA degree in U.S.
